I have been collecting vintage Barbie dolls since 1982. That developed into an appreciation of more vintage dolls, then it expanded into a love of all fashion dolls. When I first became acquainted with the Tonner Doll line, I was in LOVE! Wow! The creativity in design and quality of workmanship was overwhelming. I didn't hesitate to not only collect but open my own brick/mortar doll shop, now in two locations. I also like ball jointed dolls, with loving particular sculpts from a variety of companies. My favorite Domuya doll is Faith. My favorite Elfdoll is Yumi. I think that Angel of Dream makes a very cute and very reasonable small doll, their 1/6 size, such as NiNi and MiMi.
My husband is the backbone of the doll business, and without his support, Lone Star Dolls couldn't be as successful as it is.
