Store Policies:
Refund policy on all new dolls: Due to the fluctuation of doll prices, no refunds will be issued on new dolls. I will examine each doll before shipping to make sure all accessories are included as listed in the description. Layaways: A non-refundable 25% deposit of purchase price of each doll is required. Under no circumstances will this deposit be refunded. Balance will be divided into equal monthly payments, with time frame to be decided with buyers preferences. Each monthly payment must be made or layaway will be canceled with no return of any funds paid. Pre-Orders: A non-refundable 25% deposit of purchase price of each item is required. Refund of deposit will be given only if the item is not available by the manufacturer to Lone Star Dolls. Balance of purchase price plus shipping is due immediately upon doll receipt by Lone Star Dolls. If payment is not made by customer making the pre-order within a reasonable time frame, then customer loses the deposit and Lone Star Dolls will be free to sell the item to another. Lone Star Dolls reserves the right correct typographical errors, to adjust shipping costs so they are accurate, correct inventory quantities or to adjust wording or any other content to be accurate. Any adjustments after a purchase is completed, but before the shipping of the item, will be brought to the attention of the customer for their approval.
