Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

No returns due to the  price fluctuation of the doll market.
  If however a return is needed, buyer must pay for return shipping and insurance, item received back will be inspected for handling and completeness and then store credit will be issued.
However Lone Star Dolls  will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Doll Body Staining:

  • Clothing and wigs can and do stain doll bodies whether they are vinyl, hard plastic or resin.
  • We are not responsible for that and do not examine dolls bodies before shipping for such staining.  
  • This staining can happen before it even arrives to the retailers.  It is a fact of doll collecting.
  • No refunds or returns due to doll body staining.



SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional and weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

SHIPPING DETAILS- Helpful information for successful shipments.

  • I strive to have accurate shipping costs appear during checkout, if you feel that the shipping costs are not correct, please email me immediately so I can make sure it's right.
  • If delivery address is in Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or US Military Bases, please choose shipping destination as the United States, and then enter your zip code for shipping estimates.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Priority Mail is used for most domestic shipments with Parcel Post or UPS ground used occasionally.  It depends on size and weight of items.
  • Items will have tracking numbers so if your package doesn't arrive with a few days, track it online first, then contact me to file a loss claim.
  • In case of damage, IMMEDIATELY retain all boxes and papers, take a photo of the damage, and then contact me via email:  LSDOLLS@GMAIL.COM

International Shipping:

  • International shipments are shipped either Priority Mail or Express Mail unless the size and weight falls within the guidelines of First Class International Parcel Service which is weight has to be under 4 pounds, size has to be 36 inches or less (length plus width plus girth). 
  • I will however be glad to debox dolls and outfits to reduce the overall size and weight to reduce the shipping costs.  
  • Some items or combined items box will be too large to ship either Priority Mail or Express Mail due to postal limitations in some countries.
  • Please ask for details for shipments to your country.
  • International shipments will be marked as 'merchandise' and for full value.   No exceptions.
  • If your international shipment has not arrived within 21 business days, please contact us to start an investigation with the USPS.
  • In case of damage, IMMEDIATELY retain all boxes and papers, take a photo of the damage, and then contact me via email:  LSDOLLS@GMAIL.COM

Address Change:

  • Please notify Lone Star Dolls of any change of address. Customer is responsible for reshipment of items if an update has not been received by us.

Policy on Box Condition:

  • Many times they arrive to us from the manufacturer with dings, bends, dents, marks, wrinkles and crinkles.  
  • We offer dolls, doll clothing and doll accessories, not doll boxes.
  • No damage claim will be filed for damage to any boxes.
